A smooth textured toner that thoroughly hydrates, and feels light and refreshing on the skin. 
Contains key ingredients: from nature: Vitamin B12, CICA (centella asiatica), and Tea Tree, to gently aid skin from acne concerns.  

It can be used with a cotton pack to create a toner mask, or can be applied directly onto the skin.

Watery but that's part of the name. I usually put it on a cotton pad.
It is refreshing, but I'm not a big fan of the scent, but it grew on me.
Otherwise a good addition to somebody starting skincare.
